I'll send a WIP piece to you to ask your thoughts so If you need to tell me something involving the piece tell me then. Also, the WIP will be covered by a watermark to avoid people using WIPS as AI art.

Remember I have a life outside the Internet, if my schedule gets in the way I'll let you know.

Once your delivery is sent to you please let me know.

I promise not to share personal information; the customer shall not as well. However, if I or the customer has violented the TOS then the person has the right to publicize the messages. Both parties however must still censor personal info.

All my prices are in USD money.

I won't fully complete the artwork until I get my payment.

If you plan to pay with real money, please provide proof that your account is yours or obtain consent.

Don't send payment without me knowing, please wait until I reply.

While watermarks will present you with the option to be removed, If you want your watermark removed, you must credit me if reposted by you or used in whatever media. If this is violated, then I will still hold my rights to the piece.

Do not claim the piece I make is made by you.

If not given credit, I am authorized to copyright strike ot promote myself.

Do not use my art as AI art or used for training AI.

If I mess up the piece, I'll offer a refund or a redo.

I will do my best to keep my customers happy.

If you don't want the commission published by image, then please tell me.

If your delivery was sent to the wrong address or I messed It up, I'll offer refunds or a redo.

I'll try to keep you up to date with your delivery.

I am allowed to cancel projects but I will provide a reason.

If I do cancel projects, I will give refunds.

During the process, you can cancel. However afterwards, you can't cancel unless it can pass under TOS.

After the work is done, there are no refunds unless I mess up the piece.
